Our Mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with developmental, physical & mental disabilities, and other special needs through the Gifts of respect, quality care, and individualized treatment with the emphasis of improving lifestyles and providing avenues for maximum growth.

G.I.F.T.S. VISION

G.I.F.T.S. / Bilal's House, will be the preeminent child and family treatment center using effective best practices in a caring and culturally appropriate setting.

G.I.F.T.S. GOAL

Our Goal is to assist clients in discovering their Gifts and undiscovered potential. We believe that all persons are capable of growth and are able to overcome many individual challenges. To that end, our goal is to remove potential barriers to self sufficiency and provide a comprehensive program dedicated to building lifestyles for people who are at risk or have developmental, physical, or mental disabilities.

Our focus is to provide services that allow collaboration with community, social service, and educational resources. Participants of the programs will be able to participate in community residential living, vocational day treatment programs, transportation, early intervention services, habitation at home and in home support services.

One of G.I.F.T.S. primary goals for it's participants will be to increase the graduation rate of high school aged students, decrease the dropout rate of high school aged students, and get them involved in vocational and independent living skills.
